About Me
I am Ande Umar Osman and graduated in Degree of Technology Screen (Directing) Honors from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). I was work in video production almost 10 years and responsible in several position starting from the art and technical crew until produce video for the clients. Video Raya UOB Bank 2019 for media social is one of the latest video I was producing. My forte is in directing video but I have lot of experience in producing from the scratch (find client, create idea with/without story line, pre-pro until post-pro) and be a production manager for a production. I have a people skills such as flexibility, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, active listening skills, honesty, leadership skill, time management and proactive problem skills. My hobby during free time is spend time with my kids and watching youtube/movies.

Finding and contacting all potential clients who can provide us with the opportunity to produce videos for one long period of time.
Think, find and create the ideas before pitch the idea to our CEO and colleague especially marketing department. If they like and happy with the idea, make a story treatment base on the idea and create a draft proposal before pass to designer to sketch the storyboard and design the full proposal. After that, we go and see our client to pitch the proposal until the client agree and satisfy with our proposal.
Every project I want to do should always be in touch with the finance department so that every cost can be optimally applied and no waste will be incurred.
Create the team for production department including director (most of the time I will be the director), video editor and find a place to rental the video shooting equipment. Assign a leader for each department. Arrange the payment and make sure they do their responsibility at their best.
Monitoring and make sure the output will be same as much as the proposal.
After deliver the output to the client, do the PR to the client for the next project.
Write reports on each completed project.
