1. Manage production team consist of Graphic and Web Designers, Content
Management Executive/Writers, Client Service Executives for DS Think Tank Sdn Bhd
2. Manage 2 Graphic & Web Designers, 1 Content Management Executive/Writers, 2 Client
Service Executives
3. Monitor and ensure website delivery with high quality design, good content quality
and deliver to clients before dateline
4. Monitor and ensure Client Servicing team follow up promptly with clients for website
materials and feedback until site approval
5. Discuss and brainstorm with the team every month for continuous quality improvement
of websites
6. Create Production department process flow, cut-off time for sales as well as enhance
process flow according to product and marketing strategies
7. Advice and guide production team on ways and ideas to enhance the design quality
based on market trend and latest style
8. Couch and train new team members and monitor their skill improvements, efficiency and productivity
9. Work closely with Marketing department and IT department for graphics and content
requirements
10. Conceptualize and design DS Think Tank Sdn Bhd marketing materials
