About Community Manager / Executive Role
We would like to look for a qualified Community Manager to join our team!
There is around 8000 local creative talents in Rtist.
As a Community Manager, you will involved in various activities for our communities such as partneship communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation.
If you are a self-driven and passion in creative industry, we would love to meet you!
- Work location : Dataran pelangi utama , PJ Malaysia
- Work Method : Hybrid (At the moment)
As Community Manager / Executive, your responsibilities will be to:
- Brainstorm creative user growth strategies
- Growing the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Conduct PR events and workshops
- Build relationships with user, industry professionals and partners
- Manage external partners, if any, to enrich and improve the channels in scope
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
We believe is important for you to have:
- 1-5 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Knowledge of online/ offline marketing
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
