I assisted in organizing an event for 200+ pax in multiple ways, such as by handling the logistical affairs (FnB, accommodation for participants, etc) by liaising with the relevant parties (vendors, participants, students etc).

I worked on newsletters to update the company's Fellows regarding events and news that they should be aware of.

I liaised with the stakeholders and education offices to ensure the Fellows and their students could attend sponsored events.

I coordinated the sponsorship process between the sponsoring end and receiving end to ensure it would be fuss free for both sides.

I also handled ad hoc creative tasks using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.

Reason of resign

I was only given 3 months for internship as I was still studying.
